Sunset in Isla Holbosh, Yucatan, Mexico, 2013.

We spent a few days on Isla Holbosh in 2013, a neat little island with cool bio-luminescence in its warm waters that would trail after you when swimming at night.

We also got to swim with dozens of whale sharks, that was quite something. These guys are huge. They swim right below the surface while feeding on plankton, and they would hit anything in their way, people or boats, and just push them away like their weren’t even there.
