Rage Seasoned

Belly swelling of rage sour and destitute

Forgotten rash alive of the lone, bitter night

Still kicking and screaming in the hollows astute

Of hungry thoughts  barren and long lost to the light.

My burden unsettled,

Smiles rage on

While the churning still roils

Under the smooth surface.
