Monk at Angkor. Angkor Wat, Angkor, Cambodia, 2013.

CAM00413

We visited Angkor Wat last in our two-day tour of Angkor last year. Definitely the most massive and compact temple at Angkor, it is also the busiest by far.

This monk in the inner courtyard caught my eye, standing as he was in a posture reminiscent of teenagers on a break nowadays. (Yes, he was fiddling with his cell phone).

New meets old 😉

Great picture. I’d know that stance anywhere. The monk is a dead ringer for my fifteen-year-old grandson talking on his cell phone. You have a good eye for people.
