Shrouded in darkness
Deep of fear and ignorance
Light may one day shine
That’s a great haiku for Halloween, Cyril. Well, that’s how I read it anyway 🙂
I like this… but unlike Hough think it is rather about intollerance and hate. And hopes that hate crime, intollerance and such like civil war may some day be eliminated from this world. ??
Cheers Serins. That’s the beauty of it. The words are mine, but the meaning is all yours 🙂

Yup! Thats what I love about poetry…. and Haiku seams to emphasise this even more…
I like your contrast of darkness and shine. Good work.
Thanks vivachange! 🙂
Kind of like the Dark Ages of no real learning. (Sorry I can’t get any deeper. Been searching a pirated e-book site for stolen books of people I know.)
