Visitor. Haiku.

Wounded visitor

Frozen in wood, slack of time,

A heart bruised in half,

Your dichotomy

Echoes and aches in a soul

Burdened of queries.

  1. Is that the same hole in your fence which inspired me to write my Short Story, Cyril? I love the fact it has now inspired you to write a very good haiku. It does remind me, so much, of a visitor from space.

Interesting photograph. It really does look like a wounded warrior.

Cyril, I love the many stories your fence has to tell. Striking photo. I feel your compassion and connectedness to the “wounded warrior”.
